### Responsibilities


Learning the trade!
Vehicle tear down & rebuild
Body repair
Glass replacement
Helping ensure the shop is clean & professional
Liaison vehicles between stages of repair to completion


### Qualifications


Desire to learn, grow and be a fully trained technician faster
Strong work ethic and energy to put in the time to learn.
Automotive Collision work experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Good communication & organizational skills.
Valid driver's license
