Duties

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks Measure, cut, assemble, and install plumbing components according to specifications Support with carpentry and construction tasks related to plumbing projects Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Skills

Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and basic maintenance procedures Familiarity with carpentry, HVAC systems, and construction principles is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during installation or repairs Understanding of schematics for troubleshooting plumbing issues Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
