Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, providing a foundation for a rewarding career in the construction and maintenance industry. The Apprentice Plumber will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers to develop essential skills and technical knowledge necessary for professional growth. Responsibilities

Assist experienced plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing projects Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively to perform various tasks Support the assembly of piping systems, fixtures, and related components according to specifications Participate in site preparation, including carpentry work and basic construction tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and procedures during job site operations Perform routine inspections and assist with troubleshooting plumbing issues

Requirements

Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or construction trades Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to read blueprints and schematics along with basic math skills for measurements and calculations Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces as required by project sites Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites Prior experience or knowledge in maintenance or assembly is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $18.47-$40.74 per hour
