Our shop is located in Squamish, the heart of the Sea-to-Sky. That's where we start our day, stock up and connect as a team before heading out to projects.

Compensation Package

Excellent Pay:

Year 1:

$22 - $25 per hour

Year 2:

$26 - $30 per hour

Year 3:

$31 - $34 per hour

Year 4:

$35 - $45 per hour

Five (5) weeks of paid annual leave. Comprehensive extended health and dental benefits. Group RRSP matching. A company provided vehicle. Epic Ski Pass, Summer Bike Pass or annual recreation allowance. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced plumbing and heating professionals.

What You'll Do

Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs. Observe and participate in learning plumbing systems and procedures. Operate tools and equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Participate in required classroom instruction and complete apprenticeship coursework. Meet the physical demands of the role including lifting, bending and working in various environments.

What You Bring

Class 5 drivers license. Basic math skills (algebra and geometry are a plus) Physical stamina and reliability. No prior plumbing experience required.
