We provide full support for out-of-town work, including
paid travel, accommodations, and daily subsistence (sub pay)

Responsibilities
Assist with or independently install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in multi-residential construction projects
Learn to assemble and install piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to project specifications
Perform or support soldering, welding, and secure pipe connections
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and support repair work as guided by experienced team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment on-site
Collaborate with HVAC and other trades to ensure coordinated system installations
Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, with guidance provided as needed
Qualifications
For journeypersons: Valid plumbing license and proven experience in residential or commercial plumbing
For apprentices: Enrolled in or eligible for a registered apprenticeship program with a willingness to learn on the job
Solid understanding (or willingness to develop understanding) of plumbing systems, including HVAC integration
Commitment to quality workmanship and following all safety standards and site protocols
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and welding/soldering equipment (training provided as needed)
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and layout work
Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a desire to improve your skills
Team-oriented with good communication skills and a positive attitude
