Job Overview

We're hiring

1st and 2nd year apprentice Ironworkers and Welders

for work on the Oakridge high-rise project. You'll either be helping out in the

fab yard

or assisting the

install crew

with steel and balcony pod installs.

This is a hands-on role, full-time hours, steady pace -- real work, not busy work.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping fabricate and prep steel: outriggers, connection plates, etc. Operating tools like band saws, mag drills, torches, and grinders Supporting pod and steel installation using tower crane lifts Cleaning, loading, organizing gear, and helping wherever needed Learning from journeypersons on-site

What We're Looking For

Registered apprentice

- 1st or 2nd year (Ironworker or Welder) Comfortable working at heights Fall arrest and EWP tickets are assets -- we can get you certified Bring

6" CSA work boots

, valid ID, and

a tape measure

Show up on time, work safe, and listen -- that's it
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $25.24-$49.22 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 70 per week
