We are seeking a motivated Installer Apprentice to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop installation skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in our field. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and installation process during remodel and renovation projects, following company protocols and safety guidelines.

- Participate in on-the-job training with senior installers to gain practical experience and technical skills.

- Prepare and organize tools and materials for scheduled installations.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

- Physical ability to lift up construction materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
