Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn a valuable trade from the ground up? We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insulation Installer. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to develop in-demand skills in spray foam application and other insulation services, with dedicated support and opportunities for growth within our company. While our trade doesn't have a formal journeyman certification, we are committed to your comprehensive training and development into a skilled insulation professional.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):



Assist skilled installers in the application of spray foam insulation and other insulation products (e.g., thermal barriers, fireproofing) in various settings including attics, crawl spaces, new construction, and retrofits. Prepare job sites for insulation application (e.g., masking, covering surfaces, setting up equipment). Load and unload materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Learn to operate and maintain specialized insulation equipment under supervision. Eagerly absorb on-the-job training and apply new skills effectively.

Who We're Looking For (Our Ideal Candidate):



No prior insulation experience necessary - we will train you! A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Genuine interest in learning a skilled trade and growing with a company. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs, moving 550 lbs barrels around, working in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces), and on ladders/scaffolding. Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety. A team player who can take direction and work collaboratively. Valid driver's license with 3 years of driving experience driving vehicle over 4,500kg. Reliable transportation to work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
