Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, and experience working with low voltage systems. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring precision, technical expertise, and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations and repairs. Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in industrial or construction settings. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks. Work with low voltage systems as well as standard electrical circuits. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used. Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrician, preferably with industrial electrician background. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction-related equipment. Experience working with low voltage systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions. Prior experience working in construction or industrial environments is a plus. Valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning within the electrical trade.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
