We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician with a

minimum of 1000 hours on the job

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the supervision of an experienced journeyman electrician to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the electrical industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about electrical work and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

We specialize in Interior Tenant Improvements. We work in Vancouver and throughout the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Perform basic electrical tasks, such as wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area - Reliable transportation is Mandatory

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency with hand tools used in electrical work (Required) - Proficiency with power tools used in electrical work (Beneficial)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Familiarity with commercial and residential electrician practices is a plus
- Understanding of low voltage systems (Beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
