Residential, Commercial, or Solar

teams.

With projects across

Central Vancouver Island

(from Duncan to Qualicum Beach), you'll gain hands on experience, work with skilled Red Seal Journeypersons, and have the chance to grow in multiple areas of the trade.

What you'll do:

Work on a variety of residential, commercial, or solar projects Learn solar installation (must be comfortable with heights and lifting panels) Gain mentorship and training from experienced Journeypersons Build skills that set you up for long-term success in the trade

Registered Apprentice (Level 2-4) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player who values safety and quality Eager to learn and take on new challenges
