Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. Work with low voltage systems and logic controllers to ensure proper functionality. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation and repair tasks. Conduct renovations that involve electrical work, ensuring all installations meet local codes and standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Familiarity with low voltage systems and their applications. Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks. General maintenance person skills that complement electrical expertise. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$33.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
