What you'll do

Assist in the construction and installation of structures, fixtures, and frameworks using various materials. Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation. Support restoration efforts including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and plastering. Engage in drywall installation, flooring installation, tile removal, and other essential carpentry tasks. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Basic qualifications

Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in carpentry and construction. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Drywall experience

Preferred qualifications

Experience with construction site practices or maintenance person work. Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning. Knowledge of flooring installation, baseboard installation, basic plumbing, and interior painting.
