Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking Labourer/Apprentice to join our exterior trim team. This role involves installing LP SmartSide and other exterior trim materials while learning the trade. Ideal candidates are reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Work is primarily in new developments with limited public transit access, so reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of LP SmartSide and exterior trim

Carry materials and set up job sites

Use basic hand and power tools

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow safety guidelines and instructions from experienced team members

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to job sites (public transit may not be available)

Own basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, tape measure, utility knife)

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, hard hat)

Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Schedule & Benefits:

Full-time work, Monday to Friday

Optional weekend work available
