We're looking for motivated

Carpenter Apprentices

who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building some of the city's most remarkable homes. If you're passionate about construction, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for advancement, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do:

Work alongside and support journeyman/journeywoman carpenters on a variety of projects. Assist with concrete forming, framing, and both interior and exterior finishing. Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery with confidence. Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure smooth project flow. Bring curiosity, initiative, and a strong work ethic to every task.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of hands-on construction experience. A passion for the craft of building and a desire to continuously improve. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work. ability to use basic technology
