What You'll Do

Assist journeyman carpenters with framing, forming, finishing, and renovations. Learn to read blueprints, handle tools safely, and apply building techniques to real-world projects. Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Participate in a team environment where quality, respect, and pride in the work matter. Grow your technical skills through hands-on mentorship and formal apprenticeship hours.

Reports To:

Foreman or Site Superintendent

Location:

Cranbrook, BC and surrounding areas

Hours:

Full-time (35-45 hours/week), with occasional overtime opportunities

What You Bring

A genuine interest in carpentry and construction Reliability, motivation, and a willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Enrollment in (or desire to begin) an apprenticeship program

Bonus points if you have:

Previous construction or carpentry experience (summer jobs, pre-apprenticeship, etc.) Basic tool knowledge and familiarity with job site safety
