Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice boom truck driver. In this role you will be working along side a boom truck driver to help deliver construction materials across the HRM. heavy lifting daily will be required and working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed during loading and unloading processes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Qualifications

• Class 5 license is a must
• Air breaks
• class 3
• class 1
• forklift
• fall arrest

••Lifting 100-150 pounds daily will be required••

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $42,961.74-$58,000.00 per year
