What You'll Do
Assist journeyman technicians in all aspects of auto body repairs -- dent removal, sanding, masking, and panel preparation
Prep vehicles for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers and sealers
Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed for repair and refinishing
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Learn to use, maintain, and troubleshoot body shop tools and equipment
Collaborate closely with painters and technicians to ensure quality results and efficient workflow
Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer repair standards
What You Bring
Enrolled or completed 1st or 2nd-year Auto Body Apprenticeship (or equivalent experience in a prep/refinishing role)
A genuine passion for automotive repair and a desire to build a long-term career in the trade
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to take direction, work in a team, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the day
Valid driver's license
