Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including muffins, cookies and other signature items Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and selections Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food prep and order fulfillment

Experience

Previous experience in baking, or food preparation is preferred Restaurant experience or work within the food industry is advantageous Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is essential Familiarity with kitchen equipment and baking tools is beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
