Competitive Wages - Journeyman

base rate

of $39.00/hr.

1st year - $19.50/hr. + Vacation/General holiday pay + Benefit Plan + Optional RRSP Matching Program + Paid Birthday Day Off = Total Approx. Compensation $22.82 2nd year - $23.40/hr. + Vacation/General holiday pay + Benefit Plan + Optional RRSP Matching Program + Paid Birthday Day Off = Total Approx. Compensation $27.11 3rd year - $27.30/hr. + Vacation/General holiday pay + Benefit Plan + Optional RRSP Matching Program + Paid Birthday Day Off = Total Approx. Compensation $31.40 4th year - $31.20/hr. + Vacation/General holiday pay + Benefit Plan + Optional RRSP Matching Program + Paid Birthday Day Off = Total Approx. Compensation $35.69 J-MAN - $39.00/hr. + Vacation/General holiday pay + Benefit Plan + Optional RRSP Matching Program + Paid Birthday Day Off = Total Approx. Compensation $44.27
