We are looking for an appraiser with excellent communication skills and positive attitude. Person must be willing to learn new working procedures that suit our company's needs and goals. Candidate must be highly organized and have a very strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
Previous experience with Audatex and Mitchell Connect estimating systems
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the collision repair process
Strong computer skills
Previous experience with Mitchell RepairCenter is an asset
I-CAR certification or Autobody journeyman ticket is an asset
Driver's license and clean driver abstract
No criminal records
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive and co-operative attitude with managers, co-workers, partners, and customer
Write estimates and supplements according to the insurance companies' guidelines
Stay up to date with insurance company's guidelines and OEM repair procedures
Locate proper repair procedures through ALLDATA, Mitchell RepairCenter, and I-CAR
Work with customers and insurance companies
Review and close files
Meet deadlines
