We're looking for a driven, responsible and proactive

Appointment Setter

to join our high-performing remote team.



Your main focus will be to start conversations, nurture relationships, and set qualified calls for our success team. We're looking for someone proactive, self-aware, and goal driven.


This position goes beyond scripted messages, it's about building real connections and guiding leads with intention.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with

inbound

leads and respond to DMs/comments across multiple channels of communication and social platforms. Conduct

outreach

to new prospects using scripts and conversation frameworks

Qualify leads

based on our criteria and book appointments for the sales team

Follow up

with leads who haven't yet booked calls to keep the pipeline moving Maintain clean, accurate records in our

CRM

Work closely with other setters and our success team to keep

communication

tight and goals clear

What We're Looking For

Fluent English (C1/C2 level)

natural communication is key

Fast thinker & persuasive communicator

who can adapt to different conversations easily

Detail-oriented

and confident managing multiple conversations at once

Self-motivated

and capable of working independently within a high-accountability team

Strong customer service energy

, personable, respectful, and consistent Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and Slack Laptop, smartphone, and stable Wi-Fi connection

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 6 PM MST) -- ideal for applicants in North, Central, or South America time zones. Work from home but expect to be

fully engaged

during your shift

Base salary +
