Job Description


Appointment Coordinator/Service Cashier (Temporary position) Tusket Ford is hiring a Full Time Appointment Coordinator/Service Cashier for a term of approximately 1 year with the possibility of becoming permanent. An Appointment Coordinator/Service Cashier works directly with customers to book service appointments and take payment for service and parts.

Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor would be:
  • Answering phone calls for the service department and redirect to the appreciate person
  • Booking service appointments.
  • Taking payments and settle/balance daily cash till
  • Covering service advisor desk if necessary
  • Sending out reminder letters/emails
  • Managing loaner vehicle fleet
  • Reviewing service invoices for accuracy and cashiering

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
