Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of CDK experience
Prior
service and customer relations experience
(preferably in the auto industry)
Dealership experience is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Duties include:
Answering inbound calls and assisting customers
Making outbound appointment reminder and follow-up calls
Booking service appointments efficiently and accurately
Cashing out customers at the end of service visits
Writing express work orders
Supporting service advisors and other team members as needed
