Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointment schedules and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Duties
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or in-person
- Coordinate with staff to ensure proper allocation of resources for appointments
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information
- Address client inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Assist in managing the reception area and maintaining a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Acuity scheduling software or willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
