A day in the life...

Greeting all service customers. Handling customer service requests and concerns. Seamless coordinating and managing customer appointments. Performing designated administrative duties and creating internal work orders. Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment and attention to detail. Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.

What we look for...

We require a valid provincial driver's license. CDK experience is an asset. Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry. A positive can-do attitude!
