Appointment Coordinator - Donovan Auto Group (3 Locations)

full-time Appointment Coordinator

to support all three of our locations.

Are You the Right Fit?

This role is the backbone of our customer communication. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will:

Take overflow bookings to help keep our shops running smoothly Call customers for courtesy updates and follow-ups Reach out to schedule deferred work and prebooked appointments Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer care at every interaction
Automotive experience is an asset but not required--we will train the right person. What matters most is that you have

excellent communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

You have the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and people skills Strong phone etiquette and customer service ability Basic computer proficiency (scheduling software experience an asset) Automotive knowledge an asset, but not required

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
