Carol Automobile is currently looking for a Service Advisor to complete its team. We offer:

Duties:
Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments.
Schedule service appointments.
Follow-up with customers who miss scheduled appointments.
Maintain and update customer and vehicle database.
Respond to customer needs and assist Service Advisor in communicating vehicle problem(s).
Answer the service telephones when the Service Advisors are busy; maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required
Update customers on vehicle status and notify them promptly when their vehicle is ready.
Send service reminders to customers.
Arrange re-call appointments with customers
Support cashier function, when necessary.
Attend all department meetings.
Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
Perform any other duties as required
Requirements:
Pleasant telephone manner.
Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
Strong concentration capabilities
Manual dexterity for typing/keyboarding
Computer literate
