The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and assisting with the daily operations.
This role ensures that administrative tasks are completed efficiently, supporting both the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management- Assist in bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking payments.
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and leadership.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and concerns.- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient office environment.
- lead office operations, including filing, record keeping, and inventory management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
