Note: The successful candidate is required onsite the duration of the engagement with SNB in HSBC Place Fredericton, NB. SNB will provide office space with access to pertinent information and resources for the duration of the engagement. The ability to work remotely may be possible, as required (and only at the clients request and consent).

Deliverables

The successful candidate must deliver the following, in order to successfully complete the engagement:

• Work closely with the My Health NB PHN project team members including Program Manager, Solution Architect, Project Manager, and Lead Business Analyst on overall direction, scope, and deliverables for the PHN (Personal Health Number) Registry
• Lead and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements required for the Medicare Application(s);
• Lead and participate in the PHN technical working group
• Lead the design and development for the team including code reviews and design review
• Work with the various stakeholders: Medicare Business Team, Medicare Application Support Team, eHealth NB Support Team; Health Solutions Strategists; and DBA\'s to ensure successful implementation;
• Ensure that secure application design and coding requirements are met for base implementation;
• Support the development of the test plan for User Acceptance Testing
• Support the documentation of functional and technical design specifications
• Support system testing and defect management processes
• Support production stabilization and code fixes
• Other duties as assigned, such as update team documentation as required, participate in team scrums as required, etc.

Requirement Detail/Qualifications

General Duties:

• Application release activities as assigned.
• Completion of all assigned maintenance, support and development activities (service requests, releases, incidents, problems, etc.).
• Resolution of incident and problem management tasks.
• Updating of team knowledge sites and documentation as applicable.
• Provide operations support as part of the team rotation. Compensation will be based on departmental rates for on call, after hours.
• Other duties as assigned, such as update team documentation as required, participate in team scrums as required, etc.
