You'll report to the Product Manager, Digital Work Environment, and will serve as administrator for the applications managed by the team, including electronic document management systems, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and others. You'll support business analysts and serve as liaison across business needs, proposed solutions and the applications to deploy. You'll work closely with other administrators from the IT team and ensure these applications run smoothly. You'll also be responsible for maintenance and project activities associated with the applications.

Manage licences, assign security profiles, objects and workflows
Establish application performance indicators to optimize monitoring and ensure follow-up
Work with other administrators to maintain infrastructure resources
Oversee production deployment of updates and changes
Update documentation, including environment architecture, user guides, application integration mapping, application administration and configuration manuals
Help assess efforts required for change requests and corrections
Help design and execute testing plans (UAT), including functional, regression, performance and security tests
Adapt and configure applications to meet business needs
Manage application maintenance, upgrades and improvement plans
Provide technical support to users based on the established escalation process
Proactively manage supplier relationships and application development, including roadmaps and release notes
Help create training materials for various user groups about application use and support techniques

College diploma in computer science or industry-related experience
Knowledge of scripting language
Ability to create clear and concise documentation
Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad
Advanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients within Quebec
Basic knowledge of networking, infrastructure, databases and N-tier architecture
Basic understanding of cloud technologies, integration, orchestration setup, data flow management and other technologies
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Scrum or other practices
Available to work outside regular office hours, depending on needs and deployments
Asset: experience with cloud integration on Power Platform and its components, as well as Logic Apps and others
Asset: knowledge of a document management system
Asset: experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
