The Technical Analyst provides Tier 2 application support relating to our technology solutions. Applicants MUST HAVE SaaS application support experience and good SQL knowledge.

What you will be doing:

Troubleshooting, testing and coordinating to resolve reported application issues while providing status to internal and external clients. Identify, understand and document client business requirements. Manage a workload of support incidents and requests on a timely basis. Ensure application changes follow incident management procedures and protocols. Identify improvements to applications & processes to meet user needs and communicate to the appropriate departments. Process data analysis and reporting. Perform other related support duties as required.
