Application Support Specialist (LeveI I) PortfolioAid job description Terms of Employment Category: Permanent, Full Time, Monday-Friday, Regular Hours Location: Flexible Reports to: Manager, QA & Client Services Overview PortfolioAid is the market leading provider of wealth compliance solutions for leading Canadian investment dealers. We are looking for qualified candidates to provide first-line application support to meet the day to day application support needs of its clients (e.g. production issues, configuration change requests, general application questions, etc.). Principal duties of the job \xc2\xb7 Providing first-line support for client\xe2\x80\x99s day to day application support queries \xc2\xb7 Documenting / remediating / communicating reported issues in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Researching issues and offering practical solutions \xc2\xb7 Escalating client issues to second-line support or other internal parties as needed \xc2\xb7 Utilizing and maintaining PortfolioAid\xe2\x80\x99s core ticket-tracking application Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year Application Support / Help Desk experience \xc2\xb7 University degree or college diploma in a related field \xc2\xb7 Strong English-language written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 SQL and scripting experience \xc2\xb7 Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office \xc2\xb7 Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team\xe2\x80\x93oriented, environment \xc2\xb7 Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner \xc2\xb7 Keen attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Nice to have: French-language written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits:
