The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients
by answering their requests & addressing incidents regarding both server-side and client-side
applications, by delivering advanced technical and troubleshooting skills, communication abilities,
problem solving orientation, and computer proficiency on a day-to-day basis.

Duties/Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to Support
specifications
xe2x97x8f Log and document all incidents within a ticketing system and problems within ServiceNow
xe2x97x8f Analyze, diagnose root causes, known errors and resolve challenging issues relating to software
applications, Windows OS, SQL Server databases and other related technologies
xe2x97x8f Refer incidents to other parties when an incident is beyond your current skill-set
xe2x97x8f Proactively monitor, document and fix problems or anomalies found at our clientsxe2x80x99 installations
xe2x97x8f Manage and exceed customersxe2x80x99 expectation by providing excellent service
xe2x97x8f Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to Support
specifications
xe2x97x8f Versatility to rotation shift & pager scheduling
xe2x97x8f Participate in sharing knowledge and publishing Knowledge articleQualificationsRequired Experience/Skills:
xe2x97x8f Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
xe2x97x8f 2 years of work experience in Windows administration and technical customer support and/or a
tertiary degree in a computer related field
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for Servers and Workstations
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
xe2x97x8f Experience running queries in Microsoft SQL Server
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of Linuxxe2x97x8f Remote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels)
xe2x97x8f Experience in a medical and/or research environment
xe2x97x8f Highly motivated and customer focused
xe2x97x8f Excellent professional communication skills (verbal, and written)
xe2x97x8f Team oriented
xe2x97x8f Attention to detail
xe2x97x8f Strong problem-solving skills
xe2x97x8f Remote server hardware diagnosis
