Application Engineer/Inside Sales

to join our Inside Sales team in Winnipeg. With a strong presence across central Canada--including offices in Thunder Bay, Saskatoon, and Regina--we proudly serve industries such as pulp & paper, mining, chemical processing, power generation, water and wastewater treatment, oil and gas, and more.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Application Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and outside sales team by providing technical product application guidance, managing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and product application expertise to customers and internal sales staff. Manage customer orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering solutions. Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support project development and execution. Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up on all customer interactions and project milestones.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Proven ability to manage both small and large-scale projects independently. Exceptional communication skills--both written and verbal--with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people and solving problems. A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or Engineering Technology) is preferred.
