The Client is seeking Senior Application Developers (3 positions) to support and enhance several ministry applications under the TBF Application Development and Support Project. The role involves application maintenance, development, testing, and troubleshooting, working closely with business subject matter experts and technical teams.
Scope & Responsibilities:
Support, maintain, and enhance key ministry applications:
TRA Application System
Corporate and Commodity Audit System
Dispute Resolution, Analysis, and Tracking System
Compliance Inventory Management System
Corporate/Commodity Tax System
TBF Incident Management System
Perform development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
Follow GOA architecture, security, and coding standards.
Conduct unit, system, and performance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Update and maintain application documentation.
Manage and support development/test environments.
Track/report defects, progress, and estimates.
Provide daily application support (shared inbox monitoring).
Deliverables:
Application code and solution outputs (assemblies, web apps, database objects, installation packages).
Unit-tested, quality-assured modules added to source control.
Documentation (support, estimates, analysis, and reporting).
Progress and deviation reports.
Equipment:
Resource must supply their own computer (Windows preferred for AVD compatibility).
Contractor responsible for equipment, supplies, and workspace if remote.
Rate is all-inclusive
