Job Description
Title: Application Developer - Intermediate
Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Remote - 1/Month)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract with 12 Months possible extension.:
Education:
- College or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- 5 Years of experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting applications in a controlled production environment.
- 5 Years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization and development.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM module.
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
- 5 Years of experience with software development processes, and all associated best practices, methods, standards, tools, and policies.
- 5 Years of experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
- 3 Years of experience developing and maintaining web services, JSON REST API and Message queuing services using .NET C# services.
- 2 Years of experience with Contact Centre Platform.
- 3 Years of experience within a Public Sector organization.
- 3 Years of experience with various software development methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban, etc.).
