As an Application Analyst with Enterprise Support Systems (ESS), you will be an important link between The City's various business units and Information Technology (IT) as the first point of contact for all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Primary duties include:
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues and problems across ERP production applications including: Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM - PeopleSoft HR Help Desk), and PeopleSoft Interaction HUB (myHRconnect).
Collaborate with both internal staff and contracted resources to analyze and resolve technical issues to restore application services including quality assurance, testing and documentation.
Conduct ongoing maintenance tasks including daily monitoring, reporting, year-end support, patches and bundles as required.
