Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Appliance Repair Technician
to diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances. The ideal candidate is reliable, knowledgeable in appliance systems, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair household appliances including: Washers & dryers Refrigerators & freezers Ovens, stoves & ranges Dishwashers Microwaves Perform routine maintenance and part replacements Provide accurate repair estimates and document work completed Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace Communicate clearly with customers and office staff Travel to job sites in the Greater Victoria area
Qualifications
2+ years of appliance repair experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Own hand tools (specialty tools and meters are an asset) Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in tight spaces Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Appliance repair certification (Red Seal or equivalent) Experience working with property management or tenant-occupied buildings Refrigeration or gas appliance experience
