Appliance Technician - No Experience Needed - Commission-Based Position

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Appliance Technicians to join our team! Whether you have prior experience or not, we provide paid training to ensure you succeed in this commission-based role. If you have a car and a valid driver's license, this position could be a perfect fit for you!

Locations Hiring:

Markham, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Vaughan, Newmarket, Milton, Burlington, Brampton, Stouffville, Bradford, Barrie, and many more!

Schedule:

5 days a week (including 1 weekend day, Monday-Sunday)

Your Role:

As an Appliance Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and installing appliances. You'll also be expected to engage with customers, explaining repair processes and offering services that may suit their needs.

Essential Requirement: You must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle (this is a mobile role, so your car is essential). Sales are Key - As part of your role, you'll have opportunities to sell additional services and products to customers. Troubleshoot and diagnose appliance issues using technical manuals and tools. Perform repairs on a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more. Assemble and install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications. Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs, processes, and offering helpful recommendations. Ensure safety standards and compliance in all repairs and installations.

Skills and Requirements:

No prior experience required--paid training will be provided. Ability to diagnose faults and repair appliances effectively. Knowledge of electrical appliances and components is a plus. Ability to maintain a strong driving knowledge of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

Sales experience

is beneficial as you'll have opportunities to sell additional services and products to customers. Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). No certifications required, but experience in appliance repairs or technical roles is a plus.
