Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on appliance repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that appliances operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals. Perform repairs on various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems. Assemble and install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and appliance maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred. Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Mechanical knowledge to understand the functioning of various appliances. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to perform assembly tasks as required during installations or repairs. Valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
