Position Overview
We are seeking a highly self-motivated Appliance Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. The Appliance Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining client business through a solid understanding of sales funnels, techniques, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for customer service, achieving sales goals, closing deals, prospecting new clients, and negotiating will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Identify prospects and sell Midland Appliance products acting as a trusted advisor to customers from start to finish.
Convert prospects into sales and meet sales goals; respond to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing outstanding customer service and support.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
Address customer needs by developing solutions and making recommendations.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products etc.
Other duties as required.
Qualification & Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to details.
Strong negotiation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of sales funnels, methods, practices, and techniques.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Solid business acumen with excellent negotiation, problem solving and influential decision-making skills.
Proven aptitude for developing creative solutions to customer needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and grow existing and new businesses.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience in a sales environment is an asset.
Schedule:
5 days a week (including Saturdays)
Weekdays: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
