Job Description

Our telecom client, Bell Canada, is looking to build a team of experienced MAC/Apple Laptop Technicians to support their large enterprise.Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer support for all incoming contacts (via call, chat, email, or web ticket) for IT-related issues or requests
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution activities for incidents or requests being reported, based on knowledge articles for incident or request processing & fulfillment
• Appropriate use of all tools available for resolution activities (remote take-over, knowledge base, ticketing systems, communication)
• Ticket Follow-Up: monitor personal ticket queue daily and take appropriate action
• Identify and escalate urgent / priority incidents as required
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of repair practices, policies, and technical specifications of computer hardware, software, web applications, devices, peripherals, and visual equipment

• Apple certified technician, A+ IT Professional preferred, MDM experience is considered an asset
• Demonstrated proficiency in technology and Apple products
• Bilingual (English & French) both verbal and written is highly desirable
• Extensive knowledge of MAC / Apple application support
• Ability to work within a team setting while demonstrating self-sufficiency and independence
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to work
• Deep knowledge of testing frameworks as testing standard methodologies
• Knowledge of web standards around accessibility, performance, SEO, and production monitoring
• Experience with iOS application development is considered an asset but not required
