The buyer will located in JFK Airport offices and it's scope of work will be split as follow:

30 % of its time on the O&M contract

70% of its time on CARP Project

CARP Project:

? Conduct RFQ and lead Business Award

? Negotiate commercial terms and put in place Specific Agreement

? Placing POs/ manage milestones payment/ Invoice issue....

? Communication with vendors

? Develop and maintain KPI/ Tools Projects award/ PO placement/ milestones payment/ Weekly reports

? Make the link between all Metier (PMO/ ENG/ Finance....)

? Other needed tasks

O&M Project:

? Support Site buyer on ERP cleansing (PR/ PO)

? Support site buyer into Supplier panel rationalization

? Improve site procurement process (procurment basics, requester training, Guidelines....)

? Work with each service to forecast needs

? Build KPI about PR/PO placement, Nb lines, Amount spent, PO placement time frame....

Both Projects:

? All Alstom Appendix signed with 80% of supplier panel

? Increase MWBE content by sourcing MWBE supplier according to the potential list I have identified when I was there back in June
