Skills and Responsibilities:

We are actively seeking a proficient and seasoned Java/Spring Boot API Developer to take on a contract role within our dynamic development team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-performance Java backend applications for a large-scale code conversion project.
This opportunity allows for engagement in the full software development lifecycle on a contractual basis.
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Implement RESTful services to meet business requirements.
Leverage Spring dependency injection. Integrate core Java solutions as backend dependencies when APIs are not the ideal solution Leverage existing legacy code as requirements.
Code Quality and Testing: Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement comprehensive JUnit tests and actively participate in code reviews to uphold high code quality standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers, to deliver quality software solutions.
Engage in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
