TVC Real Estate Limited is seeking a Apartment Building Superintendent for Bible Hill, NS. (Possible Live-In Super)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 72 apartment units, tenants and property.
• Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks: drywall, repairs, and painting.
• Cleaning of hallways, laundry rooms and turn-over of units.
• Knowledge of appliances, scheduling and overseeing repairs as needed.
• Address and resolve building issues, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Upkeep of lawns and keep snow clear from walkways.
• On call for evenings and week ends, as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Must be currently able to work in Nova Scotia.
