Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Conduct commercial cleaning of common areas. Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, walls, and laundry rooms. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Must be reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Pay: $15.80-$18.00 per hour
