AP Specialist, TURBINE-X Energy

We are currently looking for an AP Specialist to become an X-PERT on our team in Nisku, Alberta. The successful candidate will reside in Edmonton or the surrounding area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process invoices with precision and speed. Reconcile statements, flag discrepancies, and ensure vendors get paid on time. Work closely with the Accounting Associate to refine and improve AP systems. Keep records audit-ready and error-free.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Education & Experience: Diploma in accounting or a related field, or commensurate experience with solid references. Detail-Oriented Mindset: You have an exceptional eye for detail and a knack for spotting discrepancies. Problem-Solving Ability: You enjoy investigating, searching for clues, and resolving financial inconsistencies. Technical Skills: Experience with AP processing, reconciliation, and working with accounting software. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the Accounting Associate and broader finance team to maintain seamless operations.
