The Opportunity
We are currently seeking has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Rosenort, MB.
Responsibilities
- Matching and processing invoices to purchase orders.
- Data-entry.
- Processing payments.
- Sending invoices to upper management for approval.
- Reconciliation of credit card statements.
- Maintaining vendor files.
- Review of vendor statements.
- Communicating with vendors.
- Improving payables processes.
- Reporting on environmental and sustainability metrics.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office an asset.
- High Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
