Answering Incoming Calls and directing to the appropriate personnel
Match corresponding invoices to the cheques when making payment to vendors
File A/P paid invoices into A/P cabinets as required
Prepare and post accounting general journals as required
Prepare requisition for department office supplies, postage stamps etc.
Perform banking duties as required
Other duties as assigned by your Manager
About You:
3+ years previous experience in a similar role
Good Planning & organizational skills required
Good interpersonal and communication skills required
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
